Description
The author adopts a more literal translation of the original Sanskrit text, keeping the Gaudiya purport confined to the commentary. He demonstrates the congruity of the Gita, its natural flow from verse to verse. He occasionally cites references to the Gita from the Sat-sandarbha of Jiva Goswami and Caitanya-caritamrta of Krsnadasa Kaviraja Goswami as well as a number of Baladeva Vidyabhusana’s references to the Gita in his Govinda-bhasya commentary on Vedanta-sutra.
Includes Devanagari, transliteration, word-for-word analysis, English translations and commentary.
