Sri Sri Krsna Balaram Temple was inaugurated in the holy town of Vrindavan, on Rama-navami, April 20, 1975. The temple was established directly by His Divine Grace A.C. BHaktivedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada.

Over the years, many of Srila Prabhupada’s disciples and followers have rendered service at the temple. This book Memories of Vrindavan, is a collection of interview, memoirs and lectures by devotees who have assisted Srila Prabhupada in Vrindavan. Their memories create a multi-dimensional view of the effort it has taken to create, maintain and develop the temple.

Some of the key personalities, who helped establish the temple, are no longer with us. Therefore, before more devotees leave this world, the publishers have attempted to document their memories in this book.

Sri Rama-navami 2015 marked 40th anniversary of the temple opening. On this occasion, this book was presented as an offering with the hope that it will inspire and guide others in their service to Srila Prabhupada.
