Description
Adjusting daily routines, such as eating sleeping and breathing in order to maximise health.
Harish Johari was born in 1934 in Uttar Pradesh, India about 80 miles from the Nepal border. His father, a yogi and magistrate, taught the fundamental life habits necessary to attain the greatest development of the body and consciousness. It is the relationship between these daily living habits and their profound effect on the individual’s energy level which Johari feels people need to learn in order to achieve normalcy, good health and a foundation for elevating consciousness.
